and Third-Party products for purchase and, at the time of purchase,
you may be required to provide your credit card number to conclude

Credit card information is never transferred to our customer database
and is only used for collection purposes.
Aztec Forums: During registration for the Aztec
Forums support service, the registrant is asked to provide information
such as name, email address, the Aztec products owned by the registrant,
and other information. The registrant's name, email address, and
the Aztec products owned will be added to Aztec's customer database,
unless you instruct us otherwise. This information helps us to inform
customers when upgrades or changes to products occur. Any other
information provided by the registrant will be used only in an aggregate
form to help Aztec better define the likes, dislikes and general
demographic picture of our customers.
Remember that
any information you disclose while posting messages to the Aztec

discretion should be used in posting personally identifiable information
within such forums.
Downloads:
Aztec makes available various types of information for download
from the Aztec site. Before these items can be downloaded, you are

are encouraged to learn more about the privacy practices of any
of the Third-Party software owners before submitting your information
at the time of download.
Contests
and/or Sweepstakes: Aztec may at times offer contests and
sweepstakes on the Aztec site. Because the rules and terms of each
contest or sweepstake can vary, all information about each contest
or sweepstake will be clearly posted during the event. All contests
and sweepstakes are conducted in full accordance with United States
federal and state laws. When registering
for a contest or sweepstake, Aztec requests certain personal information.
At a minimum, the required information includes name and email address;
in some cases, the user may need to answer mandatory survey questions
about a range of other personal data.
The information gathered in the entry form is used to:
Verify the entrant's identity;
- To send the
entrant an email notification that their entry has been received;
- To contact
winners and/or prize recipients; and
- To compile
general, non-personal demographic information.
Surveys:
Occasionally Aztec may conduct on-line user surveys or polls to
better target the content of the Aztec site and the Aztec products
to our Web visitors and the public in general. We sometimes may
share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with
our partners. We never share information about specific individuals
with any third party.
Aztec
Forums Support Service: Users of the Aztec Forums must
register separately (free of charge) in order to post messages on
the Aztec Forums (although a user need not register to simply read
information posted there). During registration, the user is required
to supply a username, password, and email address.
Remember that
any information you disclose while posting messages to the Aztec
Forums message boards is immediately accessible by the public -
